Hi friends! My name is Tiffany Tulley, and I am a local to southern NH and the north shore of Massachusetts. I am a LMT licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and owner of The Moon Room Massage and Wellness located in Haverhill, MA. I look to bring the best of both worlds to the table. Having profound passion for both the lighter and darker sides of life, I love to go deep with my deep tissue massage, as well as offer lightness with MLD services. I thoroughly enjoy bringing relief to clients who need it most by providing deep pressure and unique stretching to help encompass and encourage pain and stress relief, as well as full body and mind relaxation. On the flip side, I immensely enjoy the tedious work of MLD or Manual Lymphatic drainage, sometimes called Lymphatic Drainage Massage. This specialized treatment works to help many people from all wdalks of life. Looking to work with the Lymphatic System, MLD is a process of tedious strokes using a fixed amount of pressure working to move the Lymph located under the skin and above the muscle, to the local Lymph nodes under the epidermis. Encouraging our bodies filtration system to clear out toxins to promote decrease of swelling and improve immune function. Commonly used for after surgery and more, anyone dealing with inflammation from chronic conditions, getting over illness, or just looking for deep relaxation, can benefit from MLD. On top of being an LMT, Tiffany Tulley is a ERYT200 yoga instructor at multiple yoga studio locations in the area. I teach a wide array of classes and just like massage, I look to highlight both the light and the dark of the practice, the Ying and the Yang. Specializing in Yin Yoga, I am the creator and host of the one, the only, Full Moon Yin, the Deep Yin Immersive Experience. This cosmic two-hour immersive experience takes you on a psychedelic journey under the moon room planetarium. Traveling through time and space together, I move you through a tailored-to-the-moon yin flow, paired with hands on assisting, Reiki, essential oils and more. A long heartfelt composition customized to the moon’s history, folklore, and astrology, as well as astronomy being presented during the celestial voyage. The Moon Room Massage and Wellness is located on the third floor. If first floor accommodations are needed, it is never an issue.
